PROM DANCE & TICKET INFORMATION

All CCHS students must complete THIS STUDENT AGREEMENT FORM if purchasing tickets to the Prom dance. This form is linked here, the flier above, and via Rycor. Ticket purchases are non-refundable.

We do permit non-CCHS students to attend our Prom Dance as guests of our CCHS students. Only one guest is allowed per CCHS student. All CCHS students who wish to bring a guest are required to turn in a completed Guest Request Form, WITH PHOTO IDENTIFICATION OR STUDENT ID W/PICTURE OF GUEST attached. Forms turned in without photo identification will not be accepted. The Guest Request form is downloadable and is located below, or a hard copy can be picked up in Student Services. The deadline for approval of these forms is APRIL 25TH at 2:00pm. Please see the form for specific guest parameters.

Appetizers and drinks provided. Bag check hosted by class of 2027 – Cash only $3. Valet parking available for $15 or 717 parking adjacent to hotel.
