All Pasco County schools and offices will reopen on Monday, October 3rd. Power has been fully restored to the schools that lost power during the storm, and no schools suffered significant damage. This is our final update.

Cypress Creek High School opened in 2017 as a “Middle-High” school, with grades 6-12, to alleviate overcrowding at secondary schools in the Wesley Chapel area. We functioned as a Middle-High school for three years, 2017-2019. Our first graduating class was our class of 2019. Cypress Creek Middle School construction was completed in 2019, and Cypress Creek Middle-High School finally became Cypress Creek High School.

Cypress Creek is fortunate to have three academies; Business, Criminal Justice & Engineering. We are also fortunate to have a recognized magnet program; The Cypress Creek Conservatory for the Arts (CCCA), which includes pathways in 2D Art, 3D Art, Ceramics, Digital Art, Dance, Theater, Journalism, Orchestra, Chorus and Band. CCHS is a model PBIS school and is currently rated with the grade of “B” from the Florida Department of Education.
