Social Studies
Our Social Studies program empowers students to understand the past, analyze the present, and engage thoughtfully with the world around them. Students build a strong foundation through courses such as World History Honors, U.S. History Honors, U.S. Government Honors, and Economics, gaining essential knowledge of historical events, civic processes, and economic principles. Those seeking deeper academic challenge can pursue advanced pathways including AP U.S. History, AP U.S. Government, AP Human Geography, AP Psychology, and AP Macroeconomics, where they develop college‑level skills in critical thinking, research, and argumentation. Additionally, Personal Finance helps students build practical money‑management skills for life beyond high school. Together, these courses offer students a comprehensive understanding of global systems, human behavior, and civic responsibility, preparing them to be informed and engaged citizens.
