CCHS Coyote Families,

Happy Mother’s Day to all of our Coyote Moms!

As we approach the end of the school year, we want to ensure you have clear information about upcoming assessments and important school events.

📝 Testing Window: May 18–May 26

All students in grades 9–12 will participate in End-of-Course (EOC) exams, district finals, and statewide assessments during this window.

  • Students will test during their regular class periods with their current teachers.
  • For example, a student enrolled in English during 1st period will complete their English assessment during that class period.
  • Students should follow their normal daily schedule.

✅ Important Reminders:

  • Students are expected to attend the full school day.
  • Early checkouts are not permitted after testing, as instruction continues.
  • Students with testing accommodations will receive separate communication if their schedule or location differs.

📄 You can review the full testing schedule and preparation resources on the Assessment page of our website and in the Community Howler Hub. We strongly encourage families to review the testing resources prior to May 18 to help students feel prepared and confident.
