Our latest CCHS Community Howler Hub is now available, and it is packed with important information, celebrations, opportunities, and upcoming events for our students and families. Rather than fill your inbox with all the details, I encourage you to take a few minutes to read through this week’s Hub and stay connected to all things Coyote Nation.
A few highlights you’ll find inside:
- 🐺All Pro Dads returns on Friday, October 23. We hope to see our Coyote dads and father figures there.
- 📊Quarter 1 report cards are now available in MyStudent. As you review grades with your child, remember to give them a hug no matter what the report card says. Celebrate successes, discuss areas for growth, and work together to set goals for Quarter 2. One of the most important life skills our students can develop is learning how to communicate with adults and advocate for themselves. Encourage your child to speak with their teachers about strategies for improvement and to take advantage of opportunities such as tutoring and academic support.
- 🍕 Students who earned all A’s, A’s and B’s, or a 3.2 GPA or higher will receive a Little Caesars Crazy Bread coupon on Monday in recognition of their hard work.
- ☕🍧Kona Ice and Tom’s Coffee will be on campus during lunches on October 21.
- 🏈Powderpuff sign-ups are underway.
- 🥞 We are seeking volunteers to help us recognize students at our Acceleration Pancake Party. Come help us celebrate Coyotes who have challenged themselves academically and earned an acceleration point.
- 🤖 Check out our new AI resources for families to help navigate the opportunities and responsibilities of artificial intelligence with your child.
- 🎤Coyotes Got Talent is right around the corner, and we can’t wait to showcase the incredible talent across our school community.
As always, thank you for your partnership and support. Together, we continue to build a school community where every Coyote can thrive.
