Good afternoon High School Coyotes,

Remember that Monday is a Teacher Planning day and there is no school for students. Additionally, report cards will be available via MyStudent next Friday, March 20th.

Don’t forget to RSVP for our next All Pro Dads event which will be held on Thursday, March 26th at 7am. Chick-fil-A breakfast will served.

Last month, we saw a significant improvement in student attendance on Early Release Day, thanks to your partnership and clear communication with your students. We appreciate your support in reinforcing the importance of being present every day.

As we move into this month, we want to remind all families that  Wednesday, March 25 (Early Release Day) and Friday, March 27 (Activity Bell Schedule with Pep Rally) are full instructional days with required learning in every class period.

Attendance Expectations

  • Students are required to attend all classes on both 3/25 and 3/27.
  • Instruction and required learning will take place in every class period.
  • Students who have an unexcused absence on either day will not be permitted to make up the required learning, and the work will be recorded as a zero.

Consistent attendance is crucial to academic success, and missing instructional time—regardless of the bell schedule—impacts student progress. We ask for your help in ensuring that your student attends school on both days and arrives prepared for a successful week of learning.

Additionally, Please read the Howler Hub for important information about our updated May testing schedule, and attendance expectations for the entire month of May.

Thank you for staying informed and for your continued partnership. Have a great weekend, Coyotes!
