Physical Education

Our Physical Education (PE) course are designed to engage students in active, skills‑based learning that promotes lifelong fitness and well‑being. Our PE classes offer a balance of cooperative team activities, personal fitness development, and sport-specific skill building. Students learn the fundamentals of exercise, teamwork, strategy, and healthy decision-making while participating in a variety of physical activities that support both physical and mental wellness.

The PE graduation requirement can be met with one of the following course combinations: HOPE Segment 1 & 2; Personal Fitness & Fitness Lifestyle Design; Personal Fitness & Outdoor Education; or Personal Fitness paired with an on-campus PE or an ROTC, Band, or Dance waiver.
