We hope you enjoy the upcoming 3-day weekend! Please remember there is no school on Monday, September 7. We look forward to welcoming students back on Tuesday.
Please take a few minutes to review this week’s Community Howler Hub, which includes several important updates for students and families:
- 📸Picture Day is September 16. Students will take school pictures during their English classes.
- 🎭Club Sign-Ups are open through September 18. Encourage your student to get involved, meet new friends, and explore their interests.
- 🎓Save the Date! The East Pasco College & Career Fair will be held on October 7 and is open to students and families from all grade levels.
🐊 Homecoming Dance: Down the Bayou 💚💛
The Homecoming Dance will be held on September 19 from 6:30 PM to 10:30 PM. Students bringing a guest who does not attend CCHS must submit a completed guest request form by September 11 at 2:00 PM. No late forms can be accepted.
Students should also begin planning their outfits for Homecoming Spirit Week and get ready to show their Coyote pride!
📋 Emergency Card Updates
Please review your student’s Emergency Card information in myStudent.
Parents may:
- Add, update, or delete emergency contacts.
- Review contact information for accuracy.
For address changes, parents must upload two proofs of residence. School personnel will review the documentation, update the address, and request a new bus pass if applicable.
