We are aware that some families in the Cobalt Apartment Homes community have been displaced as a result of the recent apartment fire. Our thoughts are with everyone affected during this difficult time. We have reached out directly to the families we are aware of who have students enrolled at CCHS and are assisting those in need. Our community also extends beyond just those families, and we want to support everyone impacted by this event.
Resources for affected families are available in the Howler Hub. We are also accepting donations in our front office for easy drop-off. Collected items will be delivered directly to the Cobalt clubhouse donation site. Please refer to the Howler Hub for the specific items currently being requested.
🍧 Kona Ice for Students During Lunches
On Wednesday, August 26, Kona Ice will be available for students during both lunches, and Tom’s Coffee will be available on campus. We encourage students and staff to stop by and support our school community.
All proceeds will help fund technology resources and provide staff and student incentives throughout the year. Thank you for supporting opportunities that enhance learning, celebrate achievement, and recognize the hard work of our students and staff.
🐾 All Pro Dad’s Breakfast
Join us on Friday, August 28 at 7:00 a.m. in the CCHS Gym for our next All Pro Dad’s Breakfast. Despite the name, this event is open to any parent, grandparent, guardian, mentor, or caregiver who wants to spend meaningful time with their CCHS Coyote.
This month’s theme is Wisdom, and attendees will enjoy meaningful conversation, valuable life lessons, a FREE Chick-fil-A breakfast sandwich, prizes, and quality time together. Students who attend with their caregiver will receive a School-Related Absence (SRA) for 1st Period. Please RSVP via the link in the Howler Hub.
