This is the application to apply to be Carmine the Coyote during the 26-27 school year. Eligibility Requirements: - Current 11th or 12th grade student - Minimum GPA of 3.0 - No more than 10 minor infractions - No Level 2 or Level 3 referrals - No more than 10 unexcused absences or tardies. - Available to attend after-school events (ex. school events, athletic events, etc...).
