HOMECOMING DANCE & TICKET INFORMATION

All CCHS students must complete THIS STUDENT AGREEMENT FORM if purchasing tickets to the Homecoming dance. This form is linked here, via the QR code in the flyer above and via Rycor. Tickets are $30 and are available via Rycor. Ticket purchases are non-refundable.

We do permit non-CCHS students to attend our Homecoming Dance as guests of our CCHS students. Only one guest is allowed per CCHS student. All CCHS students who wish to bring a guest are required to turn in a completed Guest Request Form, WITH PHOTO IDENTIFICATION OR STUDENT ID W/PICTURE OF GUEST attached. Forms turned in without photo identification will not be accepted. The Guest Request form is downloadable and is located below, or a hard copy can be picked up in Student Services. The deadline for approval of these forms in Friday, September 22nd at 2:00pm. Please see the form for specific guest parameters.
